go to www.techinterviews.com to prepare yourself for some of the common interview questions for C++ or Java. But it doesn't guarantee you that it's the question that they are going to ask, however should they ask a question that you have encountered already, you will probably be able to answer them with great confidence. Also, in terms of tests, you just got to have to learn the language itself. There is no easy way out or the lazy-programmer way out of this one.

Best of luck to you on your interview. =)
Reply:The best way would be to research a company before the interview and ask questions related to what they do and programming.

I generally find it best to just "wing" the interview, it's the most honest way of being interviewed. Any scripted answers are going to be obvious, and most interviewers will ask questions that demonstrate how you think on your feet.
Reply:Try a nearby school, they'll advise you appropriately.
Reply:ummm... learn C++ and Java? and be able to PROVE you know it when you get there...
