I want to start software development business in Illinois. It will be a C Corp. I'll develope softwares as per requirements of my clients. I'll not sale it to public. I won't have any employee. I want to know if I need to pay sales %26amp; use tax for software I sell. Or any other tax I need to pay?

If you are selling the software, then you wont pay sales tax - the buyer will. However, you will need to file the sale of the software as income and pay income tax on that (including state, federal, ss, etc). Just like making regular wages.
